None of these aches and pains should be severe. Treatment for a molar pregnancy is removal of the abnormal tissue. A child with down syndrome generally has characteristic physical features including slanted eyes.
Mild aches and pains are also normal during pregnancy. Before birth a baby might have an abnormal fetal heart rate or low blood ph levels which indicate excess acid.
